Director of Practice Management, UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics
Melissa Boris serves as the director of practice management for UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics.
Ms. Boris provides administrative oversight for CCP’s practice operations. In this role, she serves as a liaison between select practices and CCP’s leadership team and is responsible for strategic planning and growth at the practice level, ensuring all practices operate consistently and meet CCP quality standards.
Prior to this role, Ms. Boris held several leadership roles within CCP including revenue cycle lead, manager of training and operations, and, most recently, director of operations.
Ms. Boris earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Slippery Rock University.

By visiting UPMC Children’s Express Care, our after-hours clinic, your child will receive the same specialized pediatric care you’ve come to expect from your UPMC Children's Community Pediatrics pediatrician. Open conveniently on evenings and weekends, your child can receive care for minor injuries and illnesses when your pediatrician’s office is closed for the day.
