UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics makes managing your child’s health more convenient by signing up for a patient portal account. By requesting pediatric proxy access, parents and/or legal guardians can access their child’s health record through their patient portal account. With proxy access, you can:

• Review upcoming and past appointments and medication history.
• View and print immunization records.
• Access test results as soon as they are available.
• Schedule and request in-person or video visit appointments (must be a current member of the practice).
• Request prescription renewals.
• Send a message to your child’s care team.
