Flu Vaccine Services

Getting a flu shot is the best way to protect your child from the flu. Flu season can bring more than just the sniffles; it can lead to serious illness, especially in young children. That’s why, UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics (CCP) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend all children aged six months and older receive an annual flu shot.

Established CCP patients can now schedule a flu shot appointment at any neighborhood CCP location. While we encourage you to schedule an appointment at your regular CCP office, if that office does not have your desired timeframe available, please consider scheduling a flu shot appointment at another nearby CCP location.
